‘Live In Japan’ is the first official live recording from the heavy rock pioneers, Leaf Hound. Best known for their early 70s cult classic ‘Growers Of Mushroom’, this live recording finds vocalist Peter French leading the band through a high energy show in Tokyo in 2012. This 2019 reissue features newly remastered audio from the band’s Tokyo show, including four tracks making their CD debut. Eleven tracks are featured on both the CD and DVD, including the Leaf Hound classics ‘Freelance Fiend’ and ‘Work My Body’. Also included is material from their “Unleashed” album, as well as ‘Breakthrough’ which Peter French sang with Atomic Rooster. The set additionally features a booklet with photos and lyrics, packaged in a brilliant box with slipcase.
